Step 2The light enters the cells’ mitochondria and is absorbed by cytochrome c oxidase (CCO) increasing its activity

ATP: Production of Adenosine Triphosphate increases, accelerating the healing process
Nitric Oxide release, a potent vasodilator, enhancing the transport of oxygen and nutrients while increasing blood flow to the tissues
